Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
- Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for your order to ship. when shipped, you will receive snd email with shipping and tracking information.

Please allow one week extra processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise. orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping options are available online for the lower 48 states only. PO Box addresses are not able to be expedited.
- Expedited orders may take 1-2 business days to fulfill before shipping via the selected expedited method.
- Please note, our shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday only so please consider this when selecting expedited options.
- All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are automatically expedited.
Lost or stolen items
Please note, couriers may mark packages “Delivered” before they are dropped off. Please allow 24 hours before contacting our customer service team regarding any lost or stolen packages. This applies to both domestic and international packages. If you have still not received your order after this time, please reach out to info@allisonburns.com within 7 days of the order being marked as Delivered and we'll do our best to help!
If the order has been marked as Delivered for more than 7 days, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier for assistance.
RETURNS
Please ship all returns back to the address on your original label. When your item is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear your credit card statement.
All returns on "non-custom made" items must be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packing, unworn and unaltered.
* All Sale items 20% or more off are FINAL SALE items, this Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise marked down 40% or more is considered "As is". Although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition there may be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, etc. We will not issue partial refunds or further discounts on these items.
Sorry, Shipping and Handling costs are Non-Refundable.
In the event of a return or exchange of an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
HOW DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is charged based on the customers shipping address, only to states where allisonburns.com has a physical presence. currently this includes:
California: 10% will be applied to all handbags and accessories, etc.
